Paintings from series "Venice", 2022
A trip to Venice during a biennale is always a controversial idea: the whole world of art comes to the city then. Nevertheless, it is a great opportunity to visit the lagoon and see the latest art. During the last plein-air, however, I focused on everyday life in Venice: floating vaporetto, people taking selfies from gondolas, Venetian lions and Saint George, whose theme is very close to me.
