Anja Rubik for Vogue Poland

Original series of cover drawings for polish Vogue are ink on paper, 21 x 24.5 cm, 2023

The inspiration to create the cover is Anja Rubik - both her person and her professional activity. Each of the drawings describes a different aspect of Anja herself, from modeling and photo shoots to her involvement in activism and education. The project also included elements closely related to Anja, such as the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, where the cover session for the first issue of Vogue Polska took place. The linear character of the works reflects well the Anja’s character, her beauty and personality, which cannot be easily put into any frame.
